What TRT Costs in NYC

Your initial evaluation is $175. That covers the evaluation only — it decides whether you're a candidate and whether TRT will help. It does not include labs or medication.

Here's the honest breakdown:

The $175 visit covers your in-person exam and consultation with Dr. Fuzayloff.

Labs are covered by any insurance, whatever your plan type — even if our office doesn't take your insurance, the lab does. Without insurance, labs run about $91.

Medication is bought separately from a pharmacy (generic testosterone gel is often about $30–$80/month with a discount coupon). We never sell medication in the office.

Certain PPO plans (insurance that lets you see out-of-network doctors) apply to your first office visit only; you'd pay your copay or deductible on that visit. No prior authorizations, ever.
